Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

What is a dialogue box and how do I close it?

A dialog box is a temporary window an application creates to retrieve user input. An application typically uses dialog boxes to prompt the user for additional information for menu items. A dialog box usually contains one or more controls (child windows) with which the user enters text, chooses options, or directs the action.

In most of the cases, you can close a dialog box by clicking on the 'X' button located on the top-left corner of the box. Else, you can click on the options like 'Close' or similar ones (if applicable).

How do I close the dialog box?

What are you talking about? Did you look at the system tray? Does the Task bar contain any open windows with a dialog box? Try the three finger salute (Ctrl-Alt-Del keys) and select the Task Manager. You may find a reference to it there.

How to find an open dialog box and close it?

You can hold down your Alt key and repeatedly press the Tab key to cycle through all the open windows until you find tie dialog box; or you can minimize each Window you have open until you find it. Then click on one of the dialog box's choices, or the X in the upper right to close it.

I can't recieve my yahoo email on my mac

If you still can't send Yahoo! Mail from your email program, you might be accessing the Internet through an ISP that is blocking the SMTP port. If this is the case, try using port 587 when sending email via Yahoo!'s SMTP server. To make this change:

From the Tools menu, select Account Settings. The Account Settings dialog box appears.
Select your Yahoo! Mail Plus account and click Properties. The Change E-mail Account dialog box appears.
Click More Settings. The Internet E-mail Settings dialog box appears.
Click the Advanced tab.
In the Outgoing Server (SMTP) box, type 587.
Click Apply, and then click OK to close the Internet E-mail Settings dialog box.
Click Close to close the Account Settings dialog box.

Please teach me how to use my HPF4185 to print envelopes. Thanks.

Hi

Use the product software, also known as the printer driver, to change the print settings for your envelope size and type. Then, use the Envelopes and Labels tool in Microsoft Word to select your envelope size.

Step one: Adjust the print settings

-In Microsoft Word, click File , and then click Print .
-Make sure that your product is in the Name drop-down list box, and then click Properties .
-Click the Features tab, or the Paper/Quality tab.
-Select an envelope size from the Size drop-down list.
-If the required paper size is not in the drop-down list, follow these steps to create a custom paper size.
-Select Custom from the drop-down list.
-In the Custom Paper Size dialog box, type a name for the new custom size.
-In the Width and Height boxes, type the dimensions.
-Select the unit of measurement, and then click Save .
-Click OK to close the Custom Paper Size dialog box, and then click OK again to close the Properties dialog box.
NOTE: You must exit the Properties dialog box to apply your changes.
Open the Properties dialog box again, and select the new custom size from the Size drop-down list.
-Select the paper type.
-In the Paper Type or Type is drop down list, click More .
-Click the desired paper type, and then click OK .
-Select the paper source from the Paper Source drop-down list.
-Change any other settings, and then click OK to close the Properties dialog box.

Step two: Set the correct envelope size

-Set the correct envelope size in the Envelopes and Labels dialog box before printing envelopes.
-In Microsoft Word, click Tools , click Letters and Mailings , and then click Envelopes and Labels .
-In the Envelopes and Labels dialog box, click the Envelopes tab.
-Click Options .
-From the Envelope size drop-down list, select the required paper size. If you created a custom paper size, select the new custom paper size from the drop-down list.
-Click OK , and then click Close to close the Envelopes and Labels dialog box.
-Click File , and then click Print to print the envelope.
NOTE: When you finish printing the envelopes, return the paper size and the paper type settings to the defaults.

If you see a red X in the upper right corner, click it. The dialog box will close. If you do not see one, ALT-F4 (hold ALT and tap F4) will close any open dialog box without a mouse.
