I am trying to change the bulbs in my Sunquest Pro 24 RS and was wondering if there is an easy way to remove the glass to have access to the bulbs?

The problem could stem from a ballast. If you've ruled out the starter and the wiring, the ballast is the only thing left I can think of.

ballast is about the only thing left its hard to check anything electrical without a volt meter it could also be the bulb holder

You may have a wire burned out going to that set of ballasts/bulbs. Have a trained technician to check and repair this.

After carefully removing the acrylic, the bulbs are just like any other florescent bulb, they turn and pull out.

2003 SUNQUEST PRO 24RS MANUAL TANNING BED


I Have a m2 24rs8 tanning bed. I loved it . I have moved it was in storage for 2 1/2 years. Moved to a new house. I hooked my bed up. the only thing it does kinda turn the fan on. what have I done wrong....It is on a 20amp bracker. Wire is 12 2 with ground. HELP PLEASE

I need a owners manual for a Sunquest Pro 24 RS, Wolff Systems tanning bed


Have a trained technician to look at it. You probably have a loose wire nut in the wall box if it is hardwired or a loose connection on the wall receptical. The screws on the recepticals can come loose when pushing the receptical into the wall box. Most new construction uses plastic wall boxes so shorting out the receptical screws to the box should not be a problem. It is possible that the bare ground wire inside the box is hitting one of the receptical screws. If so, then push the bare wire away from the screws with an insulated screwdriver.
