Replacing the main control doesn't fix anything on the display they have separate functions. You need the bom number to find the display board it should end in /xaa or something like that

No ice

Almost certainly you need a new icemaker. What is the model number of your fridge? The model number is normally inside on the left side of the fridge and also has a BOM number that ends in /XAA or /AA the BOM number would be more helpful than the model number.

My refridgerator (Samsung side by side RS265LABP) is starting to act funny. The temp on outside reads 36 degress; howver it is much warmer to touch on the inside. What can I do to help fix this problem?

See to it the temperature control is working correctly, if it is not then that's will happen. Set temp control to low temp if it doesn't cool and it is warmer then the controller has some problem. Call a service technician to replace that or if you can do it yourself just replace it with similar rating and size, pay attention when you disassemble it.
Good luck.

For no reason, my freezer went up to 56 degrees in a matter of 5-6 hours. I pulled the plug like the manual states because the temp was blinking. That solved the blinking. In 6 hours the temp dropped to 44...

You have either a sealed system problem or a control board problem. It's difficult to know which is which. You will need a qualified technician to determine what the problem is.
Good luck

Fridge evap freezing over

A friend had a similar problem; he found that the compressor was
getting overheated. He fixed an axial-fan inside the control box
to keep the compressor cool, and things worked out OK.
