Remove the back cover and the battery and everything what you can remove, and dry it in the natural air,not with anything for drying, for example dry it in the sun.do not try to switch on a wet phone!only when it is dry!

SOURCE: I have a water damaged

You may be able to salvage your sim card. As for the phone, I think you will find it is beyond economical repair.

The buttons and pearl on my Blackberry pearl aren't working. I pulled the battery out and left it out for quite a while and put it back in and the buttons and pearl are still not working.

There is something wrong with your motherboard. I will suggest to get a replace the battery with another one. And if ti still doesn't work, you need to sent it to be repaired. It is possibly that your keyboard or system is damaged (maybe there's dust or water inside).

Water damage in the BB Pearl roll ball apparently and the phone company said it is not fixable slash not under the warentee. I have never spilt anything on my phone....Is it possible to be fixed?

Please specify what the phone is doing (or not doing) right. But to let you know, Most of the time, the problems with blackberries can be repair as it is a very strong phone. Unless it has gone completly under water and has died, there is a good chance you can fix the phone, specially if only the trackball has issues. Please contact me if you are in US and like to send it in for me to look at. cellularcpr@aol.com

Buttons on the blackberry pearl

clear sign of water damage under that button. 8100 is fairly easy to open with a T6 screw driver. then use alcohol to clean the area under that button. you need to also remove the while keypad membrane and clean under it as well
