Question about LG Cell Phones

Sounds like you have a software/hardware problem there. To resolve software issue, try to reset the phone to factory state. From the home screen, touch the phone on the settings tab select reset settings. If same thing will happen after factory reset then the problem would be the touch screen. You might need to replace it or have it calibrated to LG repair center.
