IN BETWEEN THE MOTOR AND TRANSMISSION THERE IS A MOTOR COUPLING PART # 285753A REPLACE THAT WILL FIX YOUR PROBLEM

It is definitely not worth repairing for a couple of reasons. The main reason is that the new washers use much less electricity and water. Therefore, they pay for themselves relatively quickly. The second reason is that you have more than one costly problem when your machine won't spin or agitate.

First, see the Sears parts site for washer model # 110.22952100 which I believe is your model.
Look at the section containing the agitator and you should see how the parts fit.
