Question about Cameras
If you take the phone into your provider, they may intuitively know how to reset it. The only other options are few...get an English manual from the manufacturer, or find someone who can read Chinese, and has the time to read the manual. I would contact DHgate and see if they have a solution or English manual, or if they would exchange the unit for one that works, since theres a chance the unit needs more than a reset. I have also purchased items from China, and they work, but not all functions work all the time, due to less expensive contacts and materials.
Hopefully, your provider can help you reset it and get it working again.
Good luck, and hope this helps.
