Question about Video Game Consoles & Games
If there's a disc inside of it, take it out. Then turn off the console, unplug it and wait an hour or 2. Plug it back in and see if it works.
Alternatively, try this. It's more for screen freezes, but in a general way that's what your issue is.
If all else fails, request a repair. It's free assuming you're under warranty.
I'd suggest calling Microsoft but if you can't get past the logo screen then they'll just run you through the basic troubleshooting steps before suggesting you send it in for repair (which I just did, so there's no need).
