Question about Stanley Bostitch Sb 2IN1 2 In 1 Narrow Crown Stapler/18 Gauge Brad Nailer

Open Question

The safety tip came off the SB-2n1 nailer. Any way I can get a detailed diagram of the tip area to figure out how to put this thing back on.

How do i adjust the nail depth on my bostitch n80 sb

The part of the gun that touches the work surface and acts as the safety so the gun won't fire unless pressed down on something is two peices bolted together. If you losten the nuts the bottom part will slide up and down. If you make the tip longer, the nail will be left higher (proud) in the workpeice. If you make the tip shorter the nail will be set deeper (counter sunk) into the workpeice.

Stanley Bostitch SB-1664FN will not activate at all when ptrigger is pulled. Air supply is OK- Plunges but will not fire :-o ??

Sounds like a safety mechanism not activating the trigger. If you have the manual look for the breakdown diagram and check that everything is in place on the gun. If not go here and you can get manual.

Paslode gun will not engage the fan when tip depressed

if this is the framer, could be quite a few things. first do you have nails in the magazine, the safety might be bent not allowing full travel, the spark unit might be faulty. If you are comfortable with some partial disassembly, let me know and I will go into further detail for you on troubleshooting, you will need an allen wrench the size of the cap head screws. Extra fitting on my Porter Cable?

CANT FIGURE OUT WHAT YOU HAVE. IF ITS ON THE REGULATOR - THE REGULATOR USUALLY HAS AN INLET, OUTLET, GAUGE PORT AND A PLUG IN THE OTHER SIDE IN CASE YOU NEED TO MOVE THE GAUGE. SOME MANUFACTURERS PUT SAFETY VALVES IN THIS PLUG PORT. IF THIS DOESNT FIX IT GIVE A LITTLE MORE DETAIL. IS THERE ANYTHING WRITTEN ON IT. HOPE THIS HELPS, JODY

Porter/Cable 15 gauge angle finish nailer

The driver assembly can sometimes get bent or the tip can get a little deformed causing it to hang up in the nose. Other than that, not much else it could be if you rebuilt the whole thing
