I purchased a philips razor HS8400 series recently and have made 4 requests to you for the 2 free gel units promised on puchase - to date i have not received these.

Southbridge shouldn't matter as that is the controller for audio.
As the supported intel chipset is listed there should be no conflicts.

The headset you bought will work with the Centracom Gold Elite but the older Series II may not work. Have you tried Plantronics assistance. They are very helpful and will support the product.

Is it LCD or plasma? There are two different versions of this tv and the troubleshooting guide for both are different. So please confirm this. You can find it on the label behind the tv.

On the page click "Register Product", "Browse", "Personal Care", "Men's Shaving", "7000 Series", 'Go to the Second Page', 'Select either 7345XL or 7385XL'. Those two models are part of the 7300 series of razors. They may not be the exact razor, but the registration should still go through.

I had the same exact problem with the same model. The internal circuit board has gone bad, mine would go on in the middle of the night and I found that if I tapped the unit on the counter I could get it to stop but eventually it would run till the battery went dead.
Luckily Braun gives you a 2 year warranty and mine was still under warranty. I first contacted Braun and they gave me some locations of there authorized service centers. The service center tried replacing the internal circuit board twice and the third time I was sent a brand new unit. I work for Philips Consumer Lifestyle and received a Senso Touch 1180X/40 for free as part of a Home Test. I have never been a fan of electric razors because of incredibly sensitive skin and fast growing facial hair. I do however, use the Senso Touch 1180X/40 in between shaves with a manual razor, and I am very happy with it. It doesn't irritate my skin, the shave is very close, and use/care is easy and ideal. I also like the fact I can use it safely and comfortably in the shower, too.

As for cleaning, these are the instructions for the 1180X/40 (again, for model specific information, visit the above website):

Regular cleaning is important to maintain an optimal shaving result.

1. Turn the shaver on.
2. Rinse the shaving unit under a hot tap.
3. Pull the top part of the shaving unit from the bottom part.
4. Rinse the bottom and top part under a hot tap for 30 seconds.
5. Reassemble the shaving unit and carefully shake off excess water. Let the shaving unit dry completely.

I recently purchased a Phillips SE565 cordless phone with one additional handset. Both work well. I have now puchased a second additional handeset and charger SE565 which will not connect to the base...

You don't. All those units have different frequencies and are designed to work within their original system. If you add a another handset, chances are it will not communicate with the base unit.

Require a set of batteries(2)& connecting the same in the scooter

You can get replacement batteries from here . Watch the video below to see how to replace them in any razor scooter. You can use your current wires to save up some money.

I have had my kitchen aid about 3 months and it has an err 2 message - will not brew even after the reset, unplug etc.

If the simple resets are not clearing the ERR 2 code, I would advise you to call Kitchenaid Customer Service. The Pro Line appliances have a 2 year warranty from the date of purchase. If you have access to a dated sales receipt or credit card statement verifying the purchase, please make sure you have it in hand. They may request it to be sent in to complete a Hassle-Free warranty exchange on that unit.

Problem, please help

The unit should be under warranty. What you're describing is not normal and I would attempt to get a replacement from the place of purchase or take the unit to an authorized repair center. Below is the Philips support page for your unit. You can check warranty status as well as request repair.
