a repair is wise if this is a constant issue. Some people tackle this problem by opening up their Xbox 360 and finding the problem themselves. Those who do report a small magnet that holds the disc in place, loose or not connected. They simply glue this back on; however, opening the Xbox 360 renders the warranty invalid, therefore future repairs may be denied and a fee may be placed.
