Question about GE Televison & Video
Press the SOUND key on your GE remote (below and to the left of the arrow keys) to open the AUDIO PROCESSOR menu then use the arrow keys to select STEREO then press OK. It's possible that connecting the X-Box has switched the TV to an audio mode which is not compatible with the audio signal on some channels.
If this doesn't work, try some of the other settings (MONO / EXPANDED, etc) from the AUDIO PROCESSOR menu.
In addition, if you are using a cable/satellite receiver, please try resetting the receiver. On most boxes you can do this by simply switching off and back on. Some may need to be disconnected from the power for a few seconds.
Hope this helps. Please try the suggestions above then let me know if you need further assistance by clicking on "Add a Comment" below your question. Please note, when connecting or disconnecting devices from the TV, it is always better to do this with the TV switched off.
