When I start Die Hard Nakatomi Plaza, I can see the video presentation, but after the last video I did not see the main menu and the game crashes.
LithTech.exe opening the file in the folder where I installed the game I get a message saying "Error copying cshell.dll"

ok so some times you can do this from the service menu on the game its self but most of the time you have to do it on the dip switches on the pcb board
If there's no way for you to retrieve the password the last resort will be the hard reset to be able to access your game console

Try and start with hard drive removed. This may rset ip address and allow you to get to main menu. Start it without then reseat the hard drive and restart. Good Luck.
