Vivendi Universal Die Hard: Nakatomi Plaza for Windows Logo

When I start Die Hard Nakatomi Plaza, I can see the video presentation, but after the last video I did not see the main menu and the game crashes. LithTech.exe opening the file in the folder where I installed the game I get a message saying "Error copying cshell.dll" I have Windows 7 Home Basic. How can I fix this?

    PS3 update error

    Try and start with hard drive removed. This may rset ip address and allow you to get to main menu. Start it without then reseat the hard drive and restart. Good Luck.
