There is a very simple solution to this problem. in your gmail account you should be able to invite her to use gmail and just have her create a gmail account all her own, instead of being on a sub account under you.
I have actually never heard of what you are describing before, and I have been a gmail user for years, well, matter of fact since it started.
If she uses her own separate email account, not a sub account of any kind, that will resolve the issues.

Check the "Report this Person" box, choose "Fake Account" as the reason, and add "Impersonating me or someone else" as the report type. First you have to create an account on Facebook.
Got to http://www.facebook.com
In the "Sign up" section, fill in the boxes with the personal information requested and then click on "Sign Up"
Facebook will create an account for you.
Then when you go back to www.facebook.com all you have to do is enter your E-mail address and Password at the top of the page to login to Facebook.
