This occurs when you allows windows XP to register your product. and this message occurs when you are using a duplicate win XP so this is illegal however you can overcome this problems by not allowing winXP to register disable all the update when reinstliing win XP a option asked as "register with windows" disable this option also goto run> gpedit.msc> administrative templates> network> Qos packet scheduler> limit reservable bandwidth> by default it will be disabled ,but enable it and make the value as 0(by default 20%) this also increases the internet speed thanx PLZ VOTE

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

Yes sure ... install a genuine bought copy of your operating system, instead of the bootleg one you have at the moment.

because ur using illegal copy of Windows, better go for following options.
  1. Purchase a valid Windows XP cd-key online from Microsoft.
  2. If you can produce high-quality counterfeit media, along with a proof of purchase, you can get a free replacement key from Microsoft.
  3. Contact your reseller for redress.
