Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,
I think a manual would help you ;-0)
You will need to type into your search engine/web browser '(make) washer manual' and you should be presented with a number of sources from which you can either download for free or have to pay a nominal amount. During the process you will be asked for the actual model number!
Good luck,
John C.

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

My washing machine motor not rotating in washing cycle. Motor works well in Spinning cycles, but not working agitatewashing movement in any cycle. It's water filling, stopping and draining all works

Would help to have the model and type...but typically if the tub is not agitating the coupling between the motor and the tub is worn out or broken. However, if it is spinning properly, it probably indicates a problem with the transmission. Really need to know what type of washer it is to help pin down the problem. Any "burnt" smells coming from the washer? Give a little more information and maybe we can figure it out. Top load...side load, make and model preferred. You can locate that information on a plate usually attached inside the door on most models.

Dryer - acquaviva 1300 - how it works?

the dryer has 2 thermostats if these are blown then the heater wont work but you can check to see if the element is burned out by unplugging your machine opening the top off it the wires that plug into the element replace with a plugged wire with bare wires on the end place each wire into the correct connector and turn the plug on this will either heat the element up or if it doesnt then the element is blown m8

Heating element

you have to remove the back half of the case by removing the lid, screws at the sides (bottom) and from the bottom rear. then from the top centre. slide the rear case backwards by seperating the hose bracket and the element is at the bottom of the outer tub.

Dryer not heating up

Hi Mally Try the following thread - http://www.fixya.com/problems-solutions/t103658,p117053/Bosch-Dryers.aspx It might also be relevant to your problem. Another pointer - - There might be a heat-sensitive fuse in the exhaust section of the dryer. The fuse is designed to turn off the heater element if the exhaust temperature gets too high. If this fuse is defective, it will keep the heater element from getting current. Good luck!
