I'm not sure what your are trying to achieve but you can always use an online email client or service such as Ggmail or Yahoo mail. If you are using outlook, your email accounts are in your My Documents/Outlook Files
First of all you need to set up your email POP settings to match what service you are using. They all are a little different and you need to research what settings you need. Then you need to match the settings on your computer to the correct email provider you are using.
MS Office Outlook 2003 will only show those e-mails in the sent items folder that were sent using the e-mail client application (i.e. MS Office Outlook 2003).
