Screen is black audio ok

Clearly, the screen needs to be -pitch- black and the audio needs to be -awesome-.  Maybe if you create a problem in the exact category of whatever it is you think went wrong (Windows, a program, hardware...) and explain the circumstances people can help you get to a desired state.  Don't forget to do your own footwork in describing things correctly and looking for known solutions (e.g. it's stuffy inside, windows need to be opened; computer won't run in hot house, get central A/C.)
