What exactly are you needing instructions for? A bike is just a static frame with a bunch of aftermarket stuff hung on it.

Everything on a bike is found on just about any other brand of bike and the individual components are usually documented at the manufacturers

How do I attach the Pacific cycle to my bike. Model number 13-SC821

Hey Shirl
,Your inquiry is missing some information. What is a pacific cycle? What kind of bike? Maybe the best thing for you to do is take your bike to the nearest bike shop for proper installation.

I need an owners manual for a pacific evolution bike

Are you sure the derailer or sprocket are not bent? The next thing if not that is the cable itself is it pulling the delairer to release the gear from the gear it is in? one final is the bike just may not go into 6th gear depending on which gear you have the front sprocket in because it would pull the front sprocket to far past the crank space where the pedals are at.

Are you in love with TD-One parts or would an upgrade to almost anything Shimano be a possibility? Look on eBay. A Pacific Bicycle or any bike sold by a department store isn't really what one would consider an upgrade-worthy project. A new bike better might be cheaper considering labor costs. Replacement of parts for failure might be worthwhile.

What size bolts does the rear frame take for mounting a bike rack

Since you probably need to go to a hardware store to get them anyway, you could just take the bike in and guarantee a good fit. They're probably metric. Make sure they're long enough. Get washers.

Can I adjust the handle bar height and what is the recommended weight load for a pacific stratus mountain bike

You'll need a hex wrench, likely 5mm. There's a bolt in the center of the stem - loosen that and you'll be able to raise or lower the bars a bit. Careful not to exceed the minimum insertion point.
Also note - You don't want to be sitting upright. It may feel comfortable at first, but it's far better for your body, joints, muscles, etc, to have some weight on your shoulders - not all on your rear on the seat. Look into "bicycle fit" for the most long-term comfort and safety.

it's kinda tricky to put the bracket on, but it should have come with a weird bracket that kinda looks like a brake caliper, the bracket goes around the back of your frame, as opposed to attaching to the wheel pin like the inStep trailers...if you don't have the bracket, i dont know what you can do
