It sounds like your internet connection is not fast enough to handle the video playback. You might want to check with your Internet Service Provider to see if there is a problem in your area or if there is something you can do to speed up the connection. Also, some ISP's might throttle speeds for streaming video sites, especially if you have consumed an excessive amount of bandwidth. Again, I think the best place to start would be with your Internet Provider's technical support team to rule out a problem on that end.

This is because you have a slow internet download connection, it downloads a portion of the video, plays, then waits for more to be downloaded. faster connections allow videos to play OK, because they have already received the next section of video before you get to that part of the viewing.
you can either get a faster internet service provider or pause the video, and allow the whole thing to download then watch it, you should see how far the video is downloaded as a slightly different colour to the play-bar relative to the play position, the system is known as "buffering".

Why Does YouTube Keep Stopping on my ps3

The spinning circle is the video trying to load. This could be due to low internet speed or bad wi-fi strength. Try pausing the video. If you see the grey bar at the bottom let it load for a bit before un-pausing the video. Hope that helps

Bobins

To "wind" a bobbin you can:
1 - Look in your book
2 - Google : how to thread a bobbin on a kenmore "12 stitch"
3 - Youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fe11QQubfqw
4 - Ask a friend

To "make a bobin"
1 - Get some 0.5mm stainless steel
2 - Cut two 19mm circles out of the 0.5mm steel
3 - Drill a 6mm hole in the center of each circle
4 - Solder (silver solder work the best) the 2 circles together with a 6mm round by 9mm tall cylinder in between the two 19mm circular pieces.

My youtube videos start then within seconds you see the clear circles spinning then plays for a second or two the stops then plays a second then stops. It is a clear picture it just doesn't want to...

The problem is most probably that you have a slow internet connection. Try pausing the video the moment it starts, waiting for say... 2-3 minutes and then hitting play. If it plays smoothly for a few seconds after you've done that, it would mean your internet connection is very poor and that is what is causing the problem. I hope I helped you with my answer!

U-tube starts, and stopsand the circle starts going around again.I cannot watch it without interruption

YouTube videos load at the same time you watch them. Since internet connection speeds and speed of computers vary, you will sometimes see a circle indicating the video is playing faster than it can load. There is a semi-transparent bar at the bottom of the video area that pops up when you hover over it. It has a red bar that shows where the video is playing and a light red bar that shows how much of the video has loaded. Pause the video until the light red bar has reached the end. You shouldn't have to wait for the video anymore! Does this help?

While watching youtube videos the videos pause for few seconds and then starts automatically after 5-7seconds, & it goes on when the videos pauses there is a small circle revolving

This is not your system problem. Your connection speed is slow then system. After playing about 5 seconds video the remaining video is in progress for download from server, this process is technically called buffering. If you can not wait for buffering then you will need a fast connection. This will solve your problem.

Hope this will helpful for you.

Thanks for using fix ya.
