    Thank you for your answer.

I checked a instruction for the electronic lock as you sent me, but our safe does not have "#" key.

Just "start" button, could not do anything.

And also I could not find any key hole even behind key pad.

The safe picture on a instruction is little different than ours.

Model is same but no black belt.

    I attached our safe.

I think my safe is old ??

Bull safes/Blue Air Inc in Gardena, CA is manufacture?

    Is there technical support ?

    Thank you

Hello,
Do to the nature of this item there will be no manual that will solve your problem. You will have to contact the manufacture and give them your information and they will have to assist you. Click this link and go to the bottom of the page. http://www.actionsales.com/specs/BULL-BSD2EE.pdf It is their contact information. Phone, address, web address. Safes get stolen from time to time and it would be a real security issue if a simple manual told people how to open or reset the safe they just stole.
Regards, Tony

Hello there,

The instructions for the electronic lock can be downloaded from here:

http://www.blueairinc.com/pdf/Instructions%20for%20Electronic%20Lock8.pdf

You should be able to open the safe using the master/over-ride key. The lock is hidden behind a removable plastic cover between the keypad and the handle. Please download the instructions then let me know if you need further assistance by clicking on "Add a Comment" below your question.

You will need to have Adobe Reader installed on your PC to open the instructions:

http://get.adobe.com/reader/

If you don't have the master key or you've locked it inside the safe (never do this!), you will probably need to contact Bull Safes / Blue Air Inc. on 1-310-808-3102 for a replacement key. You will need to provide proof of purchase.

Hope this helps.

Regards,
BElectric

No display problem for intel D865GSA board

What are you formatting ? Have you changed the RAM. Does tour system work in its original configuration ? You do not say what the pattern of the beeps is. Before the display disappears, is there a message sent to the screen ?
From the manual
http://download.intel.com/support/motherboards/desktop/d865gsa/sb/d5600601us.pdf

Whenever a recoverable error occurs during POST, the BIOS displays an error message

describing the problem (see Table 53). The BIOS also issues a beep code (one long

tone followed by two short tones) during POST if the video configuration fails (a faulty

video card or no card installed) or if an external ROM module does not properly

checksum to zero.

An external ROM module (for example, a video BIOS) can also issue audible errors,

usually consisting of one long tone followed by a series of short tones. For more

information on the beep codes issued, check the documentation for that external

device.

There are several POST routines that issue a POST terminal error and shut down the

system if they fail. Before shutting down the system, the terminal-error handler issues

a beep code signifying the test point error, writes the error to I/O port 80h, attempts

to initialize the video and writes the error in the upper left corner of the screen (using

both monochrome and color adapters).

If POST completes normally, the BIOS issues one short beep before passing control to
the operating system.

SAFE BEEPS AT NIGHT AND AN AMBER FLASHING LIGHT IS INDICATED ON THE TOP RIGHT HAND BUTTON. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN? I HAVE CHANGED THE BATTERIES BUT DOES NOT DO ANYTHING

I have had zero success in finding out any information about various models of electronic safes--no manufacturers' website, no online manuals, etc. Many of these safes are imported from overseas manufacturers.
Dead or dying batteries is a common problem, and I gather that many models of safes come with an override key.
It is incredible how many people have found the best place to keep their override keys and/or instruction manuals is INSIDE their safe!
I ask that anyone with owner's manuals or instruction sheets please publish them on this website for the benefit of others, but that is unlikely as they aren't the ones seeking information--they already have it!

I would suggest to you that you take the beeping and flashing light as a warning that your batteries are low. Open the safe while you still can, and change the batteries as soon as possible.
Sorry I can't be of more help!
