A litre is a measure of volume.
A kilogram is a measure of weight.

However, 1 litre of fresh water at 4 degrees Celcius weighs exactly 1 kilogram.

Hope that helps.

When the temperature at 35 degree C my engine runs 775 km on per trip the load is 70 ton as usual diesel comes 275 litres on trip, but when it decreases to 5 c diesel have increased to 305 litre per trip...

During colder weather the composition of Diesel fuel is changed by refinery operators to improve cold weather operations of engines, The changes in how the fuel is blended results in a lower BTU rating of the fuel and reduced mileage. There are other factors involved such as increased drag due to higher air density as temperatures decrease - 2% drag increase for every 10 degree temperature drop.

Unfortunately from a cost standpoint this is actually normal and there is nothing wrong with your truck, gasoline powered vehicles see the same issues, though it's less noticeable because of the smaller amounts of fuel used.

A cuboida water tank is 6m long , 5m wide and 4.5m deep. How many L of water can it hold

A tank that big is as big as an average garage but here is the volume:
6m x 5m x 4m is 60 decimeters by 50 decimeters by 45 decimeters whitch is 35000 cubic decimeters which is 35000 litres.

Unless you mean 60 cm x 50 cm x 45 cm which equals 135 litres.

I have been given a second hand avent steam steriliser but have no instructions. e.g. how much water should be put in etc

You have not mentioned the capacity of the container but if it is the one litre type anything from half litre to a litre is good, the coils must be submerged and not to be heated dry beacuse it will blow off.

What is the ratio of yogurt culture to milk to make yogurt? I have misplaced the instructions to the euro cuisine yogurt maker.

Usually only a very little culture is needed to be added to milk to obtain good yogurt. But if you can add 100ml to one litre milk , it will be fine.
