Question about Microwave Ovens
Sounds like a defective touchpad or control have you checked the fuses located inside the unit if you check the fuses and all are well the next step would be to replace the touch pad in your unit usually these come attached to the control but on some instances i have seen there sold seperately here is also the manual for your machine as well http://www.managemylife.com/mmh/owner_manuals/6130/MAYTAG-Microwave-Hood-Combo-L0604498?brand_name_search=MMV5207BAW+MAYTAG after checking quickly these are both seperate parts 1 and part 4 in these diagrams you need to be able to distinguish between if the touch pad or the control is causeing the fault Thanks Rick

F 11 code. it is a touch pad error.
If you just cleaned the control panel it may have water in the panel causing a key to stick.
If after a day or 2 it hasn't dried out - then you will need to replace the touch pad. I will research this a little more but that is the most common issue and that is what the code is telling me.

Dead appliance, power on wall outlet.
SAFETY IS PARAMOUNT!
this only if you are competent.
your appliance has absolutely no functions at all, remove it from the
mains supply, remove the case and see where the mains lead goes in to
the appliance and follow the cable until you find the main fuse.
ONLY USE THE SAME TYPE AND RATING OF FUSE TO REPLACE IT.
The usual cause of this fuse failure is the door switches are contaminated or sticking. Check the door switches before putting power back on to the appliance.
Hope this helps.
