Try holding the Fn key, usually blue, while pressing the "num lock" key, which is usually above the 7. This should release the number pad function of the keyboard.

Let me know if this doesn't fix the issue!

Hold down the blue "fn" button when you press the key, it will give you the alternate character.

The 0 tru 9 blue numbers are comming up when i try to type letters I have tried shift but nothing seems to work

You have probably inadvertently pressed a key marked with "NumLK" this is usually in blue or brown text on your keys. If you press this key again, you should get your normal letters back.

Hope this helps;)

Sounds like you're stuck in number lock.
Press Fn and F11 at the same time. That's function and F11.
I'm pretty sure that'll do the trick, as long as the blue portion of the F11 key reads "NmLk" or something like that.
If this doesn't work, let me know and we'll try something else.

Keyboard buttons coming out with diffrent symbols to what i want

Hi,
You have your Num Lock on, look for the Num Lock key (should be located in the top right of the keyboard) press that key and your keyboard will return to normal.
Sometimes you have to hold down Fn or shift when you press the Num Lock key.

Good luck.
