You can download the ISO to any Torrent site, however this is not suggested, most of the time this doesnt work. Most of the portable is actually using OEM Operating System. The best possible way is to contact the manufacturer and ask for the Recovery Disc. At the same time most of the laptop nowadays had a built in partition to access the recovery partition and get back to factory state. My suggestion is to contact the manufacturer and verify if the portable had a built in partition that you can access, if none then request for the Recovery Disc.
