In my tips and tricks section is a link to the manual. You can also take the bike into any bike shop and generally they are happy to pop the pedals off for you. You need a pedal wrench to remove the pedals, so if you don't own one then this is the simplest and cheapest solution.

How do you teach 3 to 4 years old children spelling?

Generally speaking spelling is not taught to three and four year old's. Children have to start with the basics. The start of learning how to spell is learning the alphabet. Believe it or not there are three year old's and even some four year old's who do not know the alphabet.

To teach preschoolers the alphabet, you generally focus on one letter at a time and have the child complete a tracing sheet where they learn to write the letters by copying the outline of the letters. Other ways to teach the alphabet are reciting the alphabet song, ready a book about the alphabet, or making each day represent a letter of the alphabet and teaching subjects, reading books, eating snacks, and making crafts that start with that letter of the alphabet.

The first word a child should learn to spell is his/her own name. A child can learn to spell as they are learning to read, but it does not do much good to teach spelling to a child who cannot start to recognize words, and understand that words are formed when you put letters together.

The focus for three and four year old's should be on learning new words, not on learning how to spell. Three and four year old's generally do not know how to read or spell. These are things that are taught beginning with pre-kindergarten and into kindergarten. You need to teach a child as many words as possible before you teach them to spell.

Once a child knows the alphabet you have to teach them the sound that each letter makes. If a child doesn't recognize the sounds that letters make, they won't be able to spell. This is all part of the pattern in learning to read, spell, and write. When it comes time for spelling, you can have giant cards with each letter on them and put them on the floor. Say something like "Josh find me the letter that makes the "mmm" sound, and wait for Josh to bring the correct letter card to you. Then ask the next child to bring you the letter that makes the "a" sound. Then ask the final child to bring you the letter that makes the "p" sound. Then sound out the words with the child.

Focus more on learning new words, learning to trace and write letters, and learning to write a child's name than on spelling at this age. They are more likely to retain the skills of spelling and reading as they get older.

Words that preschoolers should know:
Basic opposites: Up/Down; Happy/Sad; Hot/Cold; On/Off; Yes/No
Primary colors: Yellow; Red; Blue + Black and White
Days of the week
Months of the year
People in their family: Mom; Dad; Brother; Sister; Grandma; Grandpa; Aunt; Uncle; Baby; Me
Common animals: Dog; Cat; Elephant; Lion; Tiger; Bear; Giraffe
Major holidays: Christmas; Birthday; Easter; Halloween
Single letter words: I and A
Joining words: And; By; and The

John Deere ride on gator HPX

Sounds like the field winding in the motor or the circuit in the accelerator pedal in going 'open' from the heat caused by the drag on the motor while a child is riding it the Gator. Tap on the 'gas' pedal assembly while running the Gator on stands so the wheels don't touch the ground and you're not trying to follow it around while the child is driving. If that's the problem it probably won't start once it stops during the test. The circuit will go 'open' completely. The motor , on the other hand, is a little harder to diagnose since you need the 'drag' cause by the Gator hauling a weight around to cause the system to get warm from current draw and 'open' up any intermittent faults. I can't remember how tough it is to get to the motor itself since the grandkids have all gotten too big to use it now, but.. if you could keep it on stands and block the 'gas' pedal so it will run, you cah try heating the motor assembly up with a hair dryer to simulate the heat caused during normal operation. If it stops.. most likely the motor windings are going open. Good luck

A smaller crank-arm length would be self-defeating as it would increase the force required to push the pedals with the large wheels on this biek. The picture you provide shows a smaller pedal radius driving a smaller wheel so that would probably work better for you.

If the goal is weight loss and conditioning, persistence and consecutive days are the key. Continuous repetitive stress will make your body respond by adapting to it.

Son's can pedal 12" bike

Yes, something isn't turning freely. It's either the front wheel, the back wheel, or the pedals and chain. Lift the bike off the ground and turn the front wheel by hand. If it doesn't turn very freely, it could be the hand-brake is dragging or the hub bearing is too tight. Try the back wheel in both directions. It should move freely in the forward direction. When rolling it backwards it is normal for the pedals to move too if this bike has a coaster brake (that is the kind of brake that is applied by pushing the pedals backwards.) It the back wheel moves forward freely, but backwards is a problem, then try the pedals by hand with the rear wheel off the ground. If this doesn't turn freely, the pedal crank bearing (a.k.a. bottom bracket) is too tight. Once you have identified the problem take it back to where you got it. It should be easy to fix, or they should replace it.

Men?s Schwinn 700C Prelude Road Bike Assembly

Pedals can be purchased in pairs and some road bikes do not come with pedals. They have 2 different axle sizes 9/16" and 1/2". There are road pedals and road clipless pedals. The ones with clips and quick bindings require special biking shoes that the cleats clip into.Quick releases come in various lengths for front and rear wheels depending on what wheel you have. This all means a trip to your local bicycle dealer. They will match the pedals to the axel size you need and the type of riding you will be doing. For a little extra cost they will install them. They will also match you up with the proper length of quick release skewer you will need and show you how to install and tighten it properly.Remember to take your bike and the front wheel. Hope this helps. Good riding.

MY SON'S 2 YEAR OLD POLARIS WILL NOT RUN IN REVERSE AFTER A NEIGHBOR CHILD RODE IT.

I would check and make sure the wiring on the foot pedal is on.
The Peg perego polaris models will sometimes get corrosion on the red wire.
I called the guys at this website http://www.shopjandl.com/kids---baby-ride-on-toys-peg-perego.html and they said to check the red connection. sure enough the connector was barely hanging on.
Hope this helps
