I would suggest that the firing pin channel needs to be cleaned. There may be a bit of crud or rust that is keeping the firing pin from applying a consistent strike to the primer. There may also be a burr that needs to be cleaned up.

Point muzzle in safe direction.
Make sure it is unloaded chamber and clip !
Push safety off ( forward )
Pull trigger and pull bolt out at the same time.
Or sell to me ( have FFL ) just sold a 513 T that was to heavy for a old man.

The bolt you have acquired is either from a different model, or has been modified. With fire arms you are getting into dangerous territory, but I do suggest you have it looked at by a gunsmith. He will tell you what the problem is and you then make a decision based on that information.
