Be sure the unit is level, not just stable, with the four feet touching the floor. If the unit is not level the centrifugal force of the spin cycle will be distributed unevenly, causing more pressure to be exerted in one corner then the other. this causes the unit to slighty lift in the opposite corner, thus shaking or vibrating. Many people citing this problem have their washers in an upstairs laundry room. Some of these houses may lack the needed support to sustain these washers without the floor flexing. the quality of the building is a factor.

SOURCE: fault code 01
this is actually a fault code error code 1 not one minute check your manual as codes different on some machines from memory i think 1 is a filling fault this machine uses fuzzy logic if water fill takes longer than 4 mins (low pressure) machine stops can be restarted by pressing start button.
see if machine will complete just a rinse cycle.

We had the OE message come up and did the above procedures...that didn't fix it. I removed the dual pump modules (they come off in one piece...one is the recirculating pump, the other is the drain pump). Turns out, the drain pump impeller design sucks. Even though it turned when I put power to the pump, that doesn't mean your pump isn't bad. Once it is under load pumping water, the impeller can slip where the pin connects to it from the motor. We replaced the motor for $60 and that fixed the problem. Our unit is at least three years old and we have a family of four, so it does get used quite often. Nobody told us about the filter at the bottom of the unit and I figure if we knew this ahead of time, we probably could have avoided the impeller issue...but it is still a sub-par designed motor/impeller. The new one I ordered looks like an updated design so I don't see this happening again. It is quite easy to remove and replace the pump, btw.

SOURCE: what does error 5 mean
Error 5 means that there is a water inlet problem.
Move the appliance, ensure that the water hose is not kinked or blocked, and check filter in water hose if installed.
Check connected faucet and water pressure.
If the inlet hose and pressure is OK, then the inlet valve and water pressure switch must be tested as one of the two parts is likely giving the error.
