Question about Samsung SGH-a737 Cellular Phone
The phone asks for PUK code ( Personal Unblocking Key )if a wrong PIN code is entered repeatedly
PUK code is related to the SIM card you are using in your phone and not the phone itself.
You will have to contact the Customer support of your cellular service provider and they will provide you with the PUK code free of charge.
Please note: Entering a wrong PUK code ten times in a row permanently disables the SIM card. So please be careful while entering the PUK code
