Question about Autodesk AutoCAD 2010
Unable to initialize adlm error after uninstalling Service Pack for 2014...
There are 2 solutions available, either of them can help you to resolve the license issue.
Uninstall and reinstall the Service Pack (any of the Service Pack if you have more than one) that you want to keep. This will restore the mismatched file versions to the correct one.
Copy and replace files manually
1. Download the LicenseCrash.zip attachment below, unzip to your local drive, and then unzip the 32-bit or 64-bit package according to your platform.
2. Unzip the package
3. Close all running Autodesk products
4. Stop the FlexNet Licensing Service from the Task Manager:
a. Replace adlmact_libFNP.dll and adlmact.dll with the ones (version 220.127.116.11 and 18.104.22.168) in the unzipped folder.
b. Replace adlmint_libFNP.dll and adlmint.dll with the ones (version 22.214.171.124 and 126.96.36.199) in the unzipped folder.
Note: Most products put this file under the root folder of "\Program Files\Autodesk\#Product name#\" i.e. AutoCAD2014, but some other products put this file under subfolder, i.e. Inventor /Alias in \Program Files\Autodesk\#Product name#\Bin folder.
c. Confirm and if necessary replace FNPLicensingService.exe with the one in the unzipped folder to avoid file version incompatible issue.
6. Launch your products.

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Autodesk\Adlm (Windows XP)orC:\ProgramData\Autodesk\ADLM (Windows Vista) (Please note the file name may be slightly different for localized product versions, for example for the German version the file name is ACD2010-DEUAdlm.log)
If the log file shows errors regarding the product information table file, for example "Unable to locate the Product Information Table File" or "Product Information Table file is not found", you will need to:
- Uninstall all installed 2010 products
- Delete the ADLM folder mentioned above, and
- Reinstall the products
