Hi
If the washer is
not draining then it is due to a clogged drain pump or a drain filter or a
kinked drain hose. To resolve the issue you'll need to clean the drain hose,
inspect if the drain hose is plugged. If the hose is fine, then remove the
front kick panel and access the drain pump and filter, if you are unable to
find the pump and filter remove the back panel as well and trace the drain hose
to the bottom of the tub. There is a drain filter connected with the drain
pump. It usually gets clogged, and needs to be cleaned every 6-8 months or so.
The drain filter is a small white filter connected to drain pump with a hose.
If it still doesn't work then you'll need to check the connections of the drain
pump, check the electrical connections with a multimeter. If it still doesn't
work then you would need to replace the drain pump. Hope this helps... Please
post back if you need more information.

The most common cause of machines stopping mid cycle is not draining. Your machine should have a filter behind the kick plate at the bottom.
If this is not the case please post back for further assistance.

OK, what you are experiencing is a timer mechanism fault. the timer motor is malfunctioning. anytime you have to manually advance the timer knob, this will signal a fault within the control mech. this is easily fixed by, replacing the timer control module. i will place a link to the actual part needed to fix this issue. you can also purchase this timer on line at this site if you wish.

HI,
move the kicking plate on the front-bottom of the machine. You will see
o circular lid there, turn it on anti-clockvise to open. All of the
water blocked will come from there, be careful. Look carefully that
there are some objects blocking the water draining. Then turn on the
machine on draining programme, the plastic rotor should turn fastly
when the machine is on. If it is not running, change the pump motor. If
it is running, but machine is not draining again you can understand
that there is an objeck stuck on the hose between drum and pump motor.
Lay down the machine on its rear facade, you will see a large and black
hose between drum and pump motor. When you remove it, you will see that
there is something that blocks water running.

SOURCE: Washing machine will not drain all the water. If
there is always a little water left in the drum assembly when done pumping. however it is usually well below the level of the clothes basket/drum so that there is none contacting the clothes when at rest.
if you can actually visibly see water within the clothes basket/drum when the cycle is complete, then check below.
have you lengthened the drain hose beyond the standard length to reach to your taller than normal sewer/drain inlet??? if so then you're getting more water returning to the unit when the pump shuts off and if the extra hose is long enough then theres enough water returning to your tub so that the basket sits in water at rest..
if so you'll need to install a check valve to keep the additional water from going backwards into your unit. some of these units have one built into the drain hose where it connects to the pump.. i tried looking yours up via the model # listed on the 1st page but got nowhere with that number.
you could also have a restriction in your pump or drain assembly that may be slowing things down some.. can't be of more help without proper model # though..
hope this helps,
best of luck,
