Skybox pop machine
(assuming you want to try to fix your problem) then did you read the other posts regarding dispensing problems? it is possible that ice buildup on the back of the dispensing mechanisms at some point has pulled the cable for that dispenser out of its connector.
it isn't hard to take the entire dispensing unit out far enough to see all the cables/parts on the back...this is better done with 2 people, but can be done with one: unplug the machine, open the door, un-velcro the cloth band on the left and if I remember there are 4 or 5 screws deep inside the far left (where the cans fall where you un-velcro'd the band), 3 or so at the bottom face of the unit, and one in the upper right corner face near the top child lockout switch. don't start taking out all the other screws you see as they are just holding each bay of the mechanism to each other. if you got all the right screws the entire mechanism should move pretty freely to come out, so if it doesn't then don't force it...just find the last screw or two you didn't get and try again.
once you can pull the dispensing unit out, then get it out far enough to see its back...there will be a bunch of motors, wires, etc plugging into a board back there. hopefully you will find if you follow the motor wire from the non-working bay, it will be unplugged or not connected well...push all connections in on this board to be sure they are tight - hopefully it will start working. if not, you have a different problem which I don't know much about troubleshooting as I really haven't had problems in that area...the only other easy thing to try is on the outside back of the machine (where the sticker is with the serial number, etc), take the back vent panel off, then the rectangular panel off on the right (4 screws) and see if all the cables on that board are properly connected. if one wasn't connected well, you may have found your problem...good luck.
