Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3
Looks like the battery is dead, the li-ion battery's do not last longer than somewhat 2 - 3 years (or even less if not stored correctly) The manufacturing of this phone has been stopped for quite a while already, so i presume your one was just lying somewhere on the shelf with the battery slowly dying.
Try to switch it on with the charger inserted - if it does switch on it is definitely a battery problem. Maybe in the shop you'll be able to get an exchange, they should be definitely aware of the problem.
