Please go to control panel, and then check power options. If high performance is selected then please switch to balanced or power saver to get better battery life.
Also running power hungry games or programs drains the battery far quickly than just surfing the internet so consider gaming only when your laptop is connected to the socket.
If however after all this you still seem to have a very short battery life (less than 2hours) then consider checking your battery for wear. Signs of wearing include taking a very long time to charge and often not achieving a 100 percent charged status. If so then think about replacing the battery to either the same or a bigger 9-cell battery.

I have a Lincoln 14.4-18v charger that showing a hot-cold pack delay. I have two batteries that haven't been used in a few days and the code comes up on both.

Insert batteries in and out of charger quickly several times to help make better contact, its worked for me in the past. seems like contacts get dirty and this gets them shinning again.

What is the charging time for agfaphoto 800 1.2v

Charging a battery depends on the battery capacity and the current you use to charge.
The best for a rechargeable battery is to charge it with 10 to 20 % of its capacity. If you choose 10%, you charge for 14 hours and 20 % you charge 7 hours.
Most chargers, charge on a higher current. (quick chargers), but just try to calculate what it takes to get 140% into the battery. That is the maximum time needed to charge.
If after that time the battery is still not "full" or at least the chargere light does not indicate it is finished charging, it could be the battery is defect.

BATTERY LOSES POWER TOO QUICKLY WHAT TO DO

I never encountered this problem, but if you turn off WiFi when not in use the battery lasts longer. Also go to settings, battery, and check what is using the most power.

Battery level quickly empty

I recommend you to buy a new battery. If this doesn't work. Just buy a new Camera, because the engine probably broke.

How do I get to the battery? can I charge it with jumper cables from a car?

Both previous posts are correct. The battery is located under the rider seat. You need to charge it at a low amperage, 1.5 or 2 amps. It will take a while so be patient. Quick charging is bad on the battery. The best bet is to buy a trickle charger such as a Battery Tender and plug it in often. It will keep your battery at its peak. The more your battery drais or receives quick charges, the faster you will have to buy a new battery.

Battery

Sorry to hear that you have no spark on you bike. Just a quick thought have you measured the battery voltage could your charger have damaged battery. I over charged my battery last year ( would only produce 8V) and had to get a new one along with an Optimax 3 charger so it would not happen again.,,
