Try opening the case and removing any installed PCI cards one by one and testing whether the problem is still present after each card is removed.
If you have a built-in VGA adapter on the motherboard and a separate graphics card, then connect your monitor to the built-in adapter when removing the graphics card.
If the problem remains after all expansion cards are removed, then the fault most likely lays with the motherboard and you may need to buy and install a new one.
Depending on the age of the current motherboard, you may be able to re-use the existing processor and memory if you can get a replacement which takes the same types (processor socket type and memory standard (DDR, DDR2, DDR3 etc)).
If you go for an upgrade motherboard and processor, then you may also need to upgrade the power supply - check the minimum power requirements of the new motherboard against the power outlet capacity of your existing supply.

Asrock K7VM3 mother board with AMD Athlon 2600+ processor.
The Motherboard is having a AGP slot which says to use AGP with 4X and 1.5 V
Can someone suggest the market products available
when I contact the technical team of Asrock. they responded as below:
The AGP slot on K7VM3 is the standard AGP x8 slot , as long as the VGA card you want to buy is standard AGP VGA card , K7VM3 can support the standard AGP VGA card.
Or , you can double check your question with your VGA card vender before you buy it .

I want to use a better vga but it isnt any port

Without a VGA port, you can't use a VGA card, pretty simple stuff.

If you want to add a video card, you will need to get a PCI video card (NOT PCI-E!) There are a number of them out there, and pretty much anything made in the last 3 to 4 years will be better than the on-board video...

VGA upgradable or not?

By VGA I assume you mean the GPU or graphics processor. Unfortunately unless you have a very high end Laptop this would not be upgradeable. Looking at the specs for this Laptop it has a ATI Mobility Radeon X2500 graphics card, not a bad card.

Graphics

Hi,
This board has a built in Integrated Intel Extereme Graphic 2 supports up to 64MB of video memory.  IF you are trying to upgrade it, you need a special kind of card.  It has a AGR (Advanced Graphics Riser) slot, which will only support compatible AGP VGA cards. What I suggest is to go to MSI's Hardware compatiblity  http://global.msi.com.tw/index.php?func=proddesc&maincat_no=1&cat2_no=&cat3_no=∏_no=190   go to the bottom of the page to download the chart.
Good Luck!
