When you turn your PC on there should be a logo window saying something like "Sony" if you press tab at this screen it should instead turn to a POST screen where your ram will be counted and your drives will be checked, at this window at the bottom of the screen it should say something like "Press button to enter Setup" in the BIOS chip setup is referring to what your referring to.. which is actually the CMOS settings
common buttons for entering CMOS settings is delete and F2
