Question about Logitech Z323 2 Speakers

1 Answer

Hi, A few days ago I asked you about my speakers, I had whistling noise coming out of the woofer. Here is your answer: sounds like a loose connection to one of the wires in the speaker. or interference. i would try unplugging the system for a few minutes and turn them back on. also shut the sub woofer see if that helps to. let me know. Well it did work but in the morning the same thing happened again, and the evening as well. The noise is there, but after about 30minutes its OK. What else can it be apart from the loose cables? Regards Gabriel

Open up your computer the speakers plug/outlet is usually at the back of the computer
to check the lead attached to the rear of the input plug make sure the connection is good
or you might have to clean the dust using a fine air blower from a compressor making VERY sure that there is no MOISTURE in the air line specifically around the CPU central processing unit and your sound card dust causes static to build up in a computer causing it to overheat any many other problems
be sure to wear an anti static earth strap before touching anything inside your computer
hope this helps

I have a 2008 kx85 and its been revving really high in gear and i gotta shift up a few times to lose it but it always comes back on a down shift. but lately i got a whistling sound

Hi, Anonymous you may have a dirty/gumed up throttle cable that needs lubricating or it may be smashed or pinched slightly just enough to cause binding. Your carbuerator slide could be binding especially if it's sloppy in the bore, if it's a cv carb you may have diaphram issues, your choke/enrichner may not be seating properly. The whistling noise could be an intake leak or leaky head gasket and I am sorry you can't find the first and best tool you ever bought for your Aprilia but despair not for a mere $10 you can download another one. For more information about your issue, please visit the websites below. Good luck and have a nice day.

I have 2000 ford expedition and last few weeks its been making a whistling noise when accelerate, then past few days it's been running rough, idel low and shakes a bit then today check engine ligh

You might check the pulleys that the serpentine belt runs on. Make sure all are free wheeling and not loose or rough or make noise. You would need to remove the belt to check them.

My Onkyo sub-woofer sounds like something is loose in it or rolling around...the sound is similar to shaking a can of spray paint. When I plug it in to the system it sounds crackly. If i turn the volume...

sub woofers are very powerful bass , with incredible sounding technology. your problem might be with the woofer wall around the circle. open the box and take the woofer out.Check if there is any tare over the corners of the cloth. sometimes there might be a crazy noise because of a little opening in the cloth caused by small tare.. if so better change it with a new 1 and make sure that the new cloth has guaranty

Creative Inspire 5200 system won't work

Hi. Check your speaker system with a different audio device like iPod or any MP3 Player using the same jacks. If the speaker system gives out sounds then nothing is wrong with it... if no sounds come out, then you know what I mean...

Try to replace the speaker of your sub-woofer... maybe that can fix it!

Static noise in Yamaha HS50 monitor

Sounds like the voice coil is damaged on the woofer. If you GENTLY press in on the woofer cone, and release, you should not hear any scratching noise. If you hear noise, the woofer needs replacement.

Noise from woofer

Double check all of your cables, but it sounds like the power supply may have died. If the sound is like a mains hum, then the power supply will need to be replaced. Is it an internal or external one ? If it's internal, are there any fuses accessible ?

Sounds obvious, but double check the speakers are all correctly plugged in, by removing and re-inserting them. Check the volume controls and and other switches too. Try plugging headphones into the audio outputs to confirm their is actually a signal present, as the speakers may be fine, but the source may be faulty or its configuration changed.

Subwoofers

do you mean that when your sub woofers are working, there is a whistling type sound coming out of your ported box? is this sound coming out of the port? If it is, this simply means that the port was not properly made, and is actually acting as a whistle. If the port is a removeable plastic one, check to see if it has the flared end (like a trumpet or trombone) on the internal end of the port (inside the box) if it doesnt, go to your local stereo shop and see if they can get you ones that have flares. Sharp edges anywhere in an opening that air passes through will act like a whistle. Annoying isnt it?
