Question about Microsoft Windows XP Professional
Usually the pictures can be sent in an email like an attachment ..and when I say so ...I mean write the email ..and after that it has on the top bar or under a button that say attach file ..and in there you can usually insert pictures in the limit of the email domain ...(on yahoo it used to be 10 M now I think is more..and on hotmail for example was always about 25 M I think ) ..The issue with the pictures inserted in the email is that this is not possible with a email made free on a domain ...this is a feature that the email providers keep for the premium subscribers..and you are only able to forward the emails with pictures inserted that you received..
If you want to be able to send pictures inserted in the email ..you will have to upgrade to the premium form of your email provider...for example yahoo plus for yahoo mail..
If you can not see the pictures..that is a issue from the options settings ..and you have to open the email settings and take them one by one and see which one is blocking them ..

That means the pictures were not properly attached to the email. Are you sending thru a company email? What mail client are you using to send out? It could also mean that the recepient is blocking the images due to a Firewall rule. Try sending the email with attachment to a yahoo email and see if the images show.
Let me know how this goes.

A local antivirus / security application running on your local
computer. It might detect that the attachment is either not permitted or
is infected by a virus. In this case try disabling your application and
resending the attachment; The file extension is found in the forbidden extensions list on
the server. An example of this is the .eml extension; In this case try
sending your attachment in a different format.
If you are sending emails via outlook use the correct Mail Client settings:
Incoming mail server (POP3/IMAP server): mail.yourdomain.com
Outgoing mail server (SMTP server): mail.yourdomain.com
Username: the full e-mail address like email@example.com
SMTP authentication must be enabled for the login to be successful.
From the Tools menu select Accounts. The Internet Accounts box appears. Select the Mail tab. Your email account appears. Select the appropriate email account by clicking on its name and click the Properties button on the right. Then under the Outgoing Mail Server section check the box My server requires authentication. Do NOT check the box next to Log on using Secure Password Authentication.
