Question about Samsung Jet S8000 Cell Phone
Im using my S8003 as modem, here's how im doing it.
1. need to install ur samsung pc studio
2. connect ur Samsung Jet via Bluetooth or USB
3. click the toolbox and choose internet connector
4. then just select which country and provider
Note: just make sure that ur internet settings in ur Samsung jet is configured with ur provider.
Well said :agree: This is the way how to do it. But make sure you choose PC Studio
You must connect to computer with New PC Studio!!
the toolbox and internet connecter cant be find on NPS
You can use your Samsung Jet as a wireless modem. So its possible.
All you need is your phone cable and NPS. (and internet on phone ofc) Easy!
So you dont need any apps or whatever on your phone.
I always use this method when im in train with laptop.

A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

there aught to be some dust collected or metallic coating eroded in between the buttons and main board. If you can manage to open the set carefully, scribble the contact part with a HB pencil and then try. It will work wonders.

Most likely, the problem is with the driver software, not the actual program. In order to fix this, what you'll need to do is uninstall the software (PC Studio) and reinstall the software before connecting the phone to the computer. Hopefully this will fix it.
That being said, if that doesn't fix it, to manually uninstall the driver manually, you need to access the Device Manager and remove the driver. To access the Device Manager in Windows XP, click the Start button, then Control Panel. Then click on Performance and Maintenance link. After that, click the System icon. (Note: The Performance and Maintenance step is not be applicable if Control Panel is in Classic View mode.)
In System Properties, click the Hardware tab, and then the Device Manager button to launch the Device Manager. Any improperly installed software will have a yellow question mark bubble icon next to the device name. If you see your phone's name or model number, double-click the device's name to get to the Properties for that device. Click the Driver tab, and then the Uninstall button. If the uninstall verification screen asks, delete the driver as well.
Then reinstall the software and once that's done you should be able to connect your phone without problems.
