OSD popup no signal If you are getting a message that says something like"Check cables" "no signal detected" or something like that,it is likely that your monitor is operating correctly. I would suggestchecking your cables, make sure that the computer is turned on, and if thatdoesn't help, check if your monitor has VGA, DVI, or HDMI inputs. I amthinking that your monitor may be trying to display from the wrong source. This is what a VGA (analog) cable looks like. VGA cables aretypically blue.Hi! I want to remove - tgvern_4.jpg

Another common connection that is used is a digital HDMI (left) or DVI(right) connection. DVI cables often have white endconnectors. How your PC connects to your monitor will determine thesource mode you want to use on your monitor. (Obviously this is the cableview but the connection on the monitor itself will look similar.) tgvern_5.jpg

If none of these tips helps, I would suggest hooking the same monitor up to adifferent PC or laptop, and trying once again to get a the display working. Again, make sure that the connection matches the source setting on yourmonitor. If it works on another PC, then your computer may have a videoproblem.
Otherwise, if it still does not work your monitor have a problem displaying viathat connection. If possible I would suggest switching to a differenttype of cable and re-try the above steps.

Hi rimandopaolo,

I see that you are getting the OSD locked pop up on your screen.

Press the Menu button on your LCD monitor look for the OSD option on the menu once pressed selct the OSD option try to see if it will give you an option to unlock the OSD setting on your LCD monitor

I hope this helps.

Have a nice day,

Why am I getting osd main controls locked flashing and then the same message saying unlocked and i am unable to clear it - posted in Monitors ... the attention osd locked is constantly flashing on and off...

Most of the monitors have a function to lock the OSD to prevent accidental changes in the configuration of the monitor.
If you are constantly getting the message about OSD being locked and unlocked then it means that the OSD locking button is constantly pressed.
Usually it is the "Menu" button on the monitor which is used to lock the OSD.
Check if the Menu button is constantly pressed.

OSD + GNR 19M1 LCD screen

Seems that you have set the resolution on your graphics card to a setting higher than the maximum resolution supported by your monitor.
Try to boot into Safe Mode & lower the resolution of your graphics card. If not possible, go to Device Manager & remove the graphics card from it, then reboot your computer. This will reset the resolution.
You can then re-install your graphics card drivers & get it to work properly.

CANNOT REMOVE THE OSD MAIN MENU FROM MONITOR SCREEN

Hi,
The problem of OSD Menus popping up automatically are usually caused due to a faulty switch in the Menu button which is getting switched on automatically.

This menu will not harm the computer but constant OSD menu will most probably lead to permanent damage to the pixels in the LCD screen plus it is a constant irritation to your eyes which are most precious.

This problem can be rectified by replacing the faulty menu switch. Hope this solves your problem Thanks.

Help with my 190S monitor

The OSD button has gone faulty.
The button will need to be replaced , or it might just need spraying with a contact cleaner like RP-7 or WD40.
Both solutions will require the removal of the front cover to access the button.
