Turn the computer on boot into safe mode press f8 and you should be able to get to control panel and remove the password. if not use the recover disk they gave you its a work around and will remove the password. i also have some software for you to download if you need it that will remove the password just let me know

During the boot up process you will see on the screen press a certain key to enter set up
Press either delete or f2 during the boot up process to enter BIOS scroll down to set user password or supervisor password you can change or remove your password from there
