Question about GE PTS22LCS Top Freezer Refrigerator
The motherboard located behind a cover panel in the upper left hand corner of the unit is defective,it powers all aspects of the unit and is very sensitive to power surges, outages, blackouts, spikes, etc, you will need to replace it as there is no repairable parts to it,G.E, part # (WR55X10942) just unplug the unit, remove the cover, remove all harnesses to the board and replace(CAUTION) be sure to check both condensor and evaporator fan motors before replacing this board, because if one of these fan motors is bad,the new board will be destroyed immediately!!!
