Question about Honeywell Heating & Cooling
Press CLK (the notation is above the button) on the thermostat. This is the second button from the left among the programming buttons (with the System and Fan switches further left). The hour will blink; use the up and down hours to change the time to the correct value. Press CLK again then adjust the minutes (up/down arrows) while they are blinking. Press CLK again and adjust the day of the week. Then press Exit, the rightmost button with the notation underneath the button).
The manual is available: http://customer.honeywell.com/techlit/pdf/PackedLit/69-2229ES.pdf .
I hope this helps.
