I've gone through this same problem and searched for days to get a solution. I'm not sure why exactly it does this but you just need to manually reset your Ipod. You do this by simply turning the lock button at the top of the device on then off then on then off. After that just hold the center button and the menu button down simultaneously until the screen turns on. This will reset your device but you shouldn't lose any of your files. I hope this helps!

I had my iPod (5th Generation Late 2006, 30gb) plugged into my computer yesterday and my computer went to sleep (with my iPod still plugged in). I woke my computer up and then all my iPod would say was: ...

Try a manual reset by holding the center button and the play button together for at least 10-15 seconds, this should reset your iPod and should refresh the battery,
In future do not let your battery run flat completely always keep a charge, and lastly charge through a wall charger and not from the usb port,
good luck

'please wait, very low battery' but not charging

Try to reformat it. It might be a virus or a bug.

Ipod is acting funny and its not working

Yes. Wait for it to charge. You've probably run the battery COMPLETELY flat. Your ipod will turn off with a little charge left, to keep the flash memory ticking over so you don't lose all your data. If you left it too long, even that will run out. Just leave it to charge, completely. If that means 3 hours, then wait that long, because it'll be a lot better for your battery life in the long term.

Very low battery

It sounds perfectly fine. :P
The only problem is that the battery is very low! You have to wait for it to charge so that it can come up onto your computer, silly. Just let it charge for a few minutes and then I'm sure it will work fine. If there is still a huge problem with it, maybe you should call apple and see what they have to say about it.

2007 honda odyssey warning light

That isn't the light for low tire pressure. Low tire pressure will have what looks like a tire- flat. It is your VSA someone probably hit the button and accidentally. look to the left of your steering wheel there is a button that says VSA push it and see if it turns it off. I notice that this post is pretty old, so you may already have gotten the answer from your dealer, but I'm posting in case someone has the same problem later on.

IPod won't turn on, apple sign comes on, then a file image with exclamation mark

Start with these five simple solutions: Reset, retry, restart, reinstall, or restore
http://www.apple.com/support/ipod/five_rs/

if that doesnt help contact apple or your dealer for more assistance or repairs.

If you need more asistance, let me know. Good luck.

My ipod doesnt work

First the obvious (but needs to be asked) - is the iPod charged? I'd try charging it with a wallcharger first (or at least an USB port on the laptop (no USB hubs). If that doesn't work visit the link below to Apple's support documents that have additional things to try when you get the Battery (!) icon. http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=60941 Hope this helps!
