Sounds like your belt has broken.
You need to look under the washer and see if it has slipped off or has broken. It may be visible viewing from behind the washer. If not you may need to remove a panel.

if the moter hums when working but does not move time for a new moter the torque side of the moter has gone look on ebay or espares
