Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I have an acct that went by Anne Poorman. This is a pic from o20 years ago and I am not able to get into the facebook acct and have a regular facebook acct but Anne Poorman Account has been blocked

Facebook will not close an account unless it has been reported. i report a lot of Nigerian conmen. I had one a few days ago that was a pretty girl. I traced where the images were stolen from and called 'her' out. He admitted he was a male and was from Lagos, Nigeria. I reported as a Fake Account and the account was 'closed pending verification', within 10 minutes and as no verification was forthcoming, closed within 4 hours. In ALL cases, the person receives a notification as you would have done if someone had complained.

People can have as many accounts as the want, but they SHOULD be in a real name. Nancy Jolly Smith is not the same as Anne Poorman, one is a Fake Profile.

Find an old email notification from that account and click on the link in it, then log in with the email address you used and the Facebook password for that account.

Hi I need to delete my facebook iam going out of the country for 3 months

I tried myself a few years ago to delete my FB account and after trying a lot of ways to cancel it, even contact them to close it - no success!
So, I just ignore it and never used it again. Years after I decided to go back on FB, and there it was - but forgot my password. After a hazzle to got my old password, I opened a new FB account. So, the old one still exists.
I do not know if FB really close any accounts of people asking them, and that makes me wonder what about people that passed away that was on FB? Will their accounts be there forever?

How can I close my previous facebook account

You can even delete the whole account, but don't access it within 14 days, because if you do so, they keep the account "alive".
First try to delete as much as you can from the old account, so nothing can pop up after years.

Facebook password problems

Some users decide to close or deactivate their Facebook accounts when they get tired of the social networking site.

Facebook automatically stores the data for closed and deactivated accounts so that users can reopen them again easily if they have a change of heart.

If you previously closed or deactivated your Facebook account but now want to reopen it, you can easily reactivate the account by logging in with your old username and password.

Launch your Web browser, and navigate to Facebook.com.

Type your username into the relevant input field on the Facebook login page. The username is the email address that you used when you first registered the account.

Type your password into the relevant input field.
Enter the password carefully, because Facebook uses case-sensitive passwords.

Click the "Login" button.
This will open and reactivate your Facebook account.

You can access your Facebook friends list and all previously uploaded data, including status updates, notes, photos and videos.
