Question about LG RH177 DVD Recorder/HDD Recorder
When we try to turn on the DVD it simply says Please Wait, we have left it for hours and have no luck. We haven't had it very long and we dont think it should be broken already. Disconnecting it failed too!
I had a RH 178 with the same problem. I opened case and removed the plate with the 2 drive cables and the front lcd cable. Simply wait a few mins and plug it back in, connect the 3 cables and use the 4 srews and VOILA it runs!!
No more "please Wait"
I think it was a connection problem with the "uplink" to mainboard (not the three drive cables and LCD). Can someone please report if it works with his LG?
