Question about Audio Players & Recorders
In most cases this is problem is due to the fact that blu Ray software is constantly upgraded, in order to keep up with this you must on a regular basis update what is called the "Firmware" of the player you have, to find out if any new Firmware has been release and the instructions on how to install it you must go to the factory support site for your player. I had this very same problem with my older blu ray player, I checked and found new Firmware was available for my player, downloaded it free from the manufacturers web site and installed it, problem solved.
