You can do a reset to get back to factory defaults but you ay want to save your files somewhere before you do that, otherwise you may lose all of them. there should be a system reset button on the device, you can also try just taking the batteries out and leaving them out for a couple of minutes. If you have the manual to the device, that may help you locate the way to reset it for sure.
