Automatic feed switch jamed with paper. reverse and forward several times may help. Otherwise turn it over and pull paper out of the bottoms to clear the switch jam.

Lots of problems with the B60/65/70 units. There are some really good videos on you tube, but trust me, the process to fix is going to be a pain and cost ~$50. You should consider taking yours back for an exchange. Had same problem... had the EGR valve cleaned out and replaced new.. doesnt idle or stall out anymore. But I also need the mass air flow sensor replaced as well

Good News, Your data is probably still safe. Go to best buy or online and buy a new cheap external usb case for your harddrive. you can find them for about 7-25 bucks. Make sure you get the right one for the hard drive in your lacie. Take the hard drive out of the lacie case and put it in the cheap case and you will have your data back. I taped down the float in the container so that the unit would not shut off when the conainer filled up. The water now is going through the drainage bypass .
